Peake ReLeaf is a locally owned and operated medical and adult use cannabis dispensary in Rockville, Maryland. We are founded by three friends from Maryland, who have a vision to establish higher standards in the medical cannabis industry by never settling for what is easily attainable, instead always challenging ourselves to positively impact this industry and help our community thrive.

We are seeking candidates with genuine interest in the cannabis field, who share in our vision to constantly improve upon the status-quo, and who share in our commitment to social justice by increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in the medical cannabis industry. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, service oriented environment and stand for 8-10 hours. Successful candidates are expected to report to work fit for duty and on time, so reliable transportation is required for this position.

This is an entry level, full time position.

The successful candidate must participate in extensive online and in house training programs, focusing on state and federal regulations, properties of medical cannabis, and the qualifying medical conditions in Maryland. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or customer service fields or a background in retail, government regulations or cashier experience is preferred.

The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour (effective June 1st). Benefits offered include paid time off, health insurance fully paid for by the company, and dental and vision insurance.
